Actress Deepika Padukone charmed the audience on the red carpet of the ‘BAFTA Awards 2024’ held on February 19 at London’s Royal Festive Hall. This time, Deepika wore a shimmering saree with gold and silver accents, which had sequin work all over. She had opted for a matching blouse with strappy sleeves. A hair bun and statement earrings definitely added to her look.

This ceremony was held in the Royal Albert Hall for the second year in a row. In India, the award ceremony was telecast live on Lionsgate Player.

On the film front, Deepika was recently seen in ‘Fighter’ opposite Hrithik Roshan. Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover and Akshay Oberoi also played lead roles in the film Ya Aerial Action Thriller. ‘Fighter’ directed by Siddharth Anand received good response from the audience. The South actor will be seen in ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ or sci-fi action thriller with Prabhas. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film also stars Amitabh Bachchan and will hit the theaters on May 9, 2024.
