When Amitabh auditioned for the film ‘Saat Hindustani’, the director realized that he was the son of legendary poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan. He immediately called his father and told him that he would give the audition. He thought that he was entering the film industry without telling his father. But Khwaja Ahmed Abbas was satisfied as Amitabh had already given the idea to his father.
